Private client

The client approached with the task of photography a cottage for sale. The cottage has three floors and the second building with a swimming pool. Aerial photography was also required. The client already had photos taken by a photographer of a real estate agency that did not suit him, I had to make it better.

I used Nikon DSLR, a tripod, a 15−30mm wide-angle lens, a 50 mm normal lens, and a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone. I decided to shoot the exterior at sunset to get more contrast shots with warm lighting of the main facade, as well as after sunset. The interiors were shot without additional light at long exposures and exposure brecketing (HDR).

The customer rated the received photos as better than they already were, and this had a positive effect on the number of hits on the ad.
